We’re just barely into November, and it’s already beginning to look a lot like Christmas. Stores are fully stocked with holiday décor, Christmas tree lightings are underway, and Starbucks is selling its popular holiday drinks. And we are happily jumping on the holiday bandwagon, because Christmas has come a little early here at Klein Tools.
Our classic Canvas Tool Bag has popped up in another unexpected place... the holiday window display at Macy’s in downtown Chicago, which was unveiled this past weekend.
This classic Klein tool bag has a history of showing up in some surprising places, which you already know if you read one of our past blog posts, but the Macy’s holiday window display is definitely a first.
The scene depicts a sharply dressed man hard at work repairing one of the iconic Great Clocks at the Macy’s State Street store, and lo and behold all his tools are packed into a Klein Tools Canvas Bag, which sits at the base of the ladder.
Macy’s is featuring the 12” version of the Traditional Canvas Bag, but it also comes in several other sizes ranging from 14” to 24”. And just a couple of years ago, we updated these bags with sewn-in pockets and an adjustable, padded shoulder strap to create the Deluxe Canvas Tool Bags.
Of course, tool bags like these make excellent Christmas gifts (seriously, read this blog post. You might be surprised to learn who would love to find one of these bags under the tree!)
Check out all of our tool bags, including our extremely popular Tradesman Pro™ line of bags, at www.kleintools.com.
And if you are in Chicago, the Holiday Window displays at the Macy’s State Street store will be up until January 5th.
