Klein Tools' mission reads like this:
We will continuously pursue world leadership in the design, development, production and marketing of quality products and services that satisfy the needs of trade professionals and others who use tools to do their jobs.
It's a lofty goal, right? To pursue world leadership… It's what we've strived for the last 159 years! And it is something we will continue to strive for over the next 159+ years.
And while world leadership is an important part of our mission, perhaps the most CRITICAL part is this – the design, development, production and marketing of quality products and services to satisfy the needs of trade professionals - and this is at the center of what we do each day here at Klein.
As a company, we take great pride in the tools we design and manufacture. We thrive on the creativity and knowledge it takes to make tools that have a significant impact on a tradesperson's daily work. Our ultimate goal is to produce tools that will allow trade professionals to do their jobs efficiently and effectively.
Efficient and effective are some of the criteria Electrical Construction & Maintenance Magazine uses to select their annual Product of the Year honorees. The competition honors excellence in new product development in the electrical industry and showcases the most innovative products released in the previous year.
We could not be more thrilled to say that, for the 4th year in a row, EC&M has selected a Klein product as their Hand Tools Category Winner! The Klein Tools Conduit Locknut Wrench was given the honor for 2016.
The Conduit Locknut Wrench makes tightening and loosening conduit connectors into an easy two hand task. It features a patented drive shaft that allows the wrench heads to rotate each other when twisted, eliminating the need for side-to-side tool movement. It's perfect for remodel work where cut-in boxes are filled with existing wires.
The Conduit Locknut Wrench is now one of 39 finalists competing for the Platinum Product of the Year Award! And this is where we need your help. The awards are determined by EC&M subscriber votes – your votes! Subscription is free (and EC&M publishes some really great information). To subscribe and vote, click here.
